As a UX designer at Zen Educate, I played a key role in developing a compliance and safeguarding SaaS platform for schools across the UK. This product automates vetting processes and record-keeping, providing schools with the highest standards in safety and regulatory compliance.
Increasing conversion rates and driving retention: net worth tracking app UX/UI redesign
I led the strategic redesign of a net worth tracking app to improve user experience, resulting in a 94% increase in 90-day retention and a 300% rise in premium account conversions.
Communicating the impact of MyTutor programmes to schools
With over 4 million lessons delivered and 1,500+ partner schools, MyTutor has significantly impacted the world of education. To support schools further, we improved the visibility of our tutoring programmes' outcomes by adding new data points to the school dashboard, making it easier for teachers to measure impact. This led to a 20.51% increase in tutor report completion rates and a 44% rise in teacher satisfaction with the evidence of impact.
