About me – Olga Kouneni – Product Designer Based in London, UK

With a strong foundation in both UX and UI, I specialise in creating digital experiences that are not only visually appealing but also highly functional and user-friendly.

My journey began in graphic and web design, eventually leading me to run my own agency and collaborate with businesses across the globe, turning their digital visions into successful products.

I focus on designing user-centric solutions that drive measurable results, whether that’s improving engagement, streamlining workflows, or increasing conversion rates. Every design decision I make is backed by research and user insights, ensuring the final product meets both user needs and business goals.

Outside of design, I’m kept busy by my two kids, a jungle of houseplants, and my dog Pixel (I know, I know 😜). I find inspiration in the little things – whether it’s exploring new places, flowing through yoga, or just tending to my ever-growing indoor garden. These moments away from the screen fuel my creativity and keep life balanced.

Olga is an incredibly talented product designer. She's a strategic thinker who quickly got up to speed with the B2B domain and used that thinking to start having an impact straightaway. She's research-focused and was instrumental in getting faster access to users for regular customer interviews. She was an integral part of our three amigos, quickly establishing a close relationship with our tech lead and the rest of the dev team. Her versatility means she's quickly able to zoom out for the big picture and then zoom back into the microscopic details.
